Vertical awnings with full cassette and standard tracfix fabric guide. No visible screws, entry-lock integrated into the bottom bar, self-supporting cassette on the guide rails without additional brackets, and wind-resistance class 3. The 620 covers surfaces up to 12 m² and the 625 covers large surfaces up to 22 m².
Both models incorporate tracfix as standard, the continuous lateral fabric guide system with no slot between the fabric and the guide rail. Greater wind resistance, better appearance, and gravity-tensioned fabric with a clean, professional result in any position.
The full cassette perfectly protects the fabric when the awning is retracted. Direct fixing of the cassette to the guide rails eliminates the need for additional brackets, with no visible screws from the exterior. The bottom bar sits completely flush with the guide rails when the awning is extended.
The entry-lock integrated into the bottom bar ensures safe closing behaviour, preventing the bottom bar from accidentally leaving the guide rail in wind gusts. This is an exclusive safety feature of the Markilux tracfix range.
The Markilux 620 tracfix covers surfaces up to 12 m² with a width of 61 to 400 cm and a maximum projection of 400 cm. The Markilux 625 tracfix extends capacity up to 22 m² with a width of 70 to 600 cm and a maximum projection of 400 cm, perfectly combinable with the Markilux Markant and Construct systems.
Both models operate with a motor as standard drive, with no crank option. Compatible with io 868 MHz remote-control motor and RTS 433 MHz for integration with home automation and weather sensors.
The Markilux 620 and 625 tracfix are certified to wind-resistance class 3, equivalent to Beaufort 6 — 38–48 km/h. The standard tracfix guide contributes decisively to this resistance by keeping the fabric fully tensioned at any projection position.

The Markilux 620 tracfix and the Markilux 625 tracfix are the full-cassette vertical awnings from the Markilux range for windows, façades and terraces. Both models incorporate tracfix as standard — the continuous lateral guide system for the fabric with no gap between the fabric and the guide rail — with wind resistance class 3 and a motor as the standard drive mechanism. The difference lies in capacity: the 620 covers up to 12 m² and the 625 up to 22 m². At Cortinsa we install both models in Barcelona and Madrid with manufacturer’s warranty and our own technical team.
The choice between the Markilux 620 and the Markilux 625 comes down primarily to the area to be covered. The 620 is the option for windows and openings of up to 400 × 300 cm — the majority of standard windows and small terraces. The 625, with its larger-profile cassette (135 × 125 mm compared with the 110 × 95 mm of the 620) and its Ø 85 mm winding axle versus the Ø 63 mm of the 620, is dimensioned for large façade surfaces, pergola enclosures and wide terraces of up to 600 × 350 cm.
The tracfix system, standard on both models, eliminates the gap between the fabric and the guide rail by means of a zip-track profile that integrates the fabric into the rail continuously. The result is a vertical awning with greater wind resistance, a better appearance from the outside, and more secure closing behaviour thanks to the integrated entry lock in the exit profile, which prevents the profile from leaving the rail in the event of a strong wind gust.
At Cortinsa we install the Markilux 620 and the Markilux 625 tracfix in Barcelona, Madrid and the surrounding metropolitan area, with a technical survey visit, made-to-measure manufacturing and installation by our own team.
