The Markilux Format Lift stands out for its high-quality aluminium frame with invisible, all-round tensioned fabric fixing, reducing the large-surface element to a visual minimum of structure and textile. No screws or connections visible from the outside. The moveable inner frame is optimally balanced by counterweights concealed within the posts. This allows manual height adjustment with a single movement — comfortably and freely, with no motor required. The Markilux Format Lift is a modular system that can be coordinately expanded up to 4 panels in line, including a 90° corner option to enclose two sides of a terrace with a single continuous system. Available with a full, weather-resistant plastic window panel instead of the textile tension — preferably in the moveable frame. Allows an unobstructed view through the panel whilst maintaining protection against wind and the elements. With the standard post brackets at 120 mm centre-to-centre spacing, the Markilux Format Lift is approved for use up to Beaufort 6 — 38–48 km/h. With the optional 70 mm brackets the limit is Beaufort 5.
