We have just completed a project for a detached house in the upper part of Barcelona. For this project, we have fitted interior curtains and external awnings.
Traditional and roller blinds for the living room
In keeping with the client’s existing interior design style, we wanted to add a touch of warmth to the space. To achieve this, we used traditional curtains made from 100%linen sheer fabric.
To maintain this minimalist and relaxed style, we created a flat drape with a 20% drape ratio. This allowed us to dress the home without the window appearing overloaded with fabric.
In one area of the living room, we installed a roller blind combined with a linen fabric specially treated for this type of blind. This ensures it coordinates perfectly with the traditional sheer curtain to its right.
Invisible-arm awnings for the garden
To enhance the garden area and manage the direct sunlight entering the home during the day, we have installed motorised awnings with invisible arms for the exterior.
This improves the indoor environment when sunlight shines directly into the window from above. At the same time, it creates a pleasant outdoor space for the sunniest days.
