For the offices of the Torres Iberdrola in Barcelona, Cortinsa carried out the installation of 3,000 roller blinds made with Soltis 99 ALU technical fabric, recognised for its high performance in solar protection and energy efficiency.
The fabric, with an aluminised finish and Smart Yarn technology, offers excellent thermal reflection and glare control, improving interior comfort and contributing to energy savings.
All blinds feature manual operation, combining functionality and aesthetics. This solar protection system formed part of the sustainable design of the building, which achieved BREEAM “Excellent” certification, highlighting the commitment to sustainability and wellbeing in the workplace.
