In compliance with Organic Law 3/2018, LOPD-GDD on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, GDPR, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, LSSICE, Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L. informs Users that a profile has been created on the social networks Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube with the primary purpose of providing information and advertising its products and services.

The User has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L., thereby showing interest in the information advertised on the Network. By joining our page, the User grants us their consent to process the personal data published on their profile.
The User may access the privacy policies of the Social Network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L. processes the User’s public information, in particular their contact name. These data are used solely within the Social Network itself and are not incorporated into any file.
With regard to the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection that you hold and may exercise before Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L., please take note of the following points:
• Right of Access: This is the User’s right to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L. has carried out or is carrying out, as well as information available on the origin of such data and any communications made or planned in relation to them. This right will be defined by the functionality of the Social Network and the capacity to access information on Users’ profiles.
• Right of Rectification: This is the right of the person concerned to have data that prove to be inaccurate or incomplete amended. This can only be satisfied in relation to information under the control of Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L. (for example, removing comments published on the profile itself). Normally, this right must be exercised with the Social Network.
• Right of Cancellation: This is the right to delete the User’s personal data, except as provided for in other applicable laws that establish the obligation to retain them, within the prescribed time and manner. This right may be exercised, for example, by unlinking from the profile to which the User is connected.
• Right of Objection: This is the User’s right to prevent the processing of their personal data or to have such processing by Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L. ceased. As with the right of cancellation, it may be exercised, for example, by unlinking from the profile to which the User is connected.
.Right to Restriction. The data subject may request to exercise their right to restrict the processing of their data in the following cases:
- The data subject contests the accuracy of the data.
- When the data collected are no longer needed for the purposes of processing but are necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal proceedings.
- When the data subject objects to processing whilst verification is carried out as to whether the legitimate grounds of the Data Controller override those of the data subject.
.Right to Portability. The data subject has the right to receive their personal data from the Data Controller to whom they previously provided such data, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, with the aim of transmitting them to another Controller, without hindrance from the Data Controller to whom the data were previously provided. Furthermore, when exercising their right to portability, the data subject may request that their data be transmitted directly from Controller to Controller.
.Right to Erasure and to be Forgotten. The data subject has the right to the erasure of their personal data when:
- These are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
- Consent has been withdrawn and there is no legal basis indicating otherwise.
- The right of objection to the processing of their data has been exercised and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for such processing.
- The data are processed unlawfully or must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.
- The data have been obtained in connection with the offer of Information Society services.
In order to exercise any of the rights described above, the following requirements must be met:
- Submission of a written request addressed to Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L., at Calle Consell de Cent, 484, 08013, Barcelona or by email to info@cortinsa.com.
- The written request submitted by the data subject requesting the exercise of their rights must meet the legal requirements:
– Name and surnames of the data subject and a copy of their national identity document (DNI). In the exceptional cases where representation is permitted, identification by the same means of the person acting as representative will also be required, along with documentary proof of the representation. A photocopy of the DNI may be replaced provided that identity is established by any other means valid in law.
– Request specifying the nature of the application. If no specific file is referenced, all information held containing their personal data will be provided. If information relating to a specific file is requested, only the information from that file will be provided. If information relating to a third party is requested, this can never be provided. If the request is made by telephone, the person will be advised to submit it in writing and will be informed of how to do so and the address to which it should be sent.
– Address for notification purposes.
– Date and signature of the applicant.

4. The data subject must use any means that allows proof of the sending and receipt of the request to be established.
Use of the profile
Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L. will carry out the following actions:
- Access to the public information on the profile.
- Publication on the User’s profile of all information already published on the Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L. page.
- Sending personal and individual messages through the Social Network’s channels.
- Page status updates, which will be published on the User’s profile.
The User can always manage their connections, remove content they no longer wish to share and restrict with whom they share their connections; to do so they must access their privacy settings.
Publications
Once the User has joined the Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L. page, they may publish on it comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. In all cases, the User must be the owner of such content, hold copyright and intellectual property rights, or have obtained the consent of the third parties concerned. Any publication on the page — whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. — that infringes or is liable to infringe morality, ethics, good taste or decency, and/or that infringes, violates or contravenes intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to one’s own image or the law, is expressly prohibited. In such cases, Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L. reserves the right to remove the content immediately and may request the permanent blocking of the User.
Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L. shall not be held responsible for content freely published by a User.
The User should bear in mind that their publications will be visible to other users, and they therefore bear primary responsibility for their own privacy.
Images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any file by Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L., but will remain on the Social Network.
Competitions and promotions
Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L. reserves the right to run competitions and promotions in which Users who have joined its page may participate. The terms and conditions of each competition or promotion, when the Social Network’s platform is used for this purpose, will be published on that platform, always in compliance with the LSSICE and any other applicable regulations.
The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer, in any way, any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.
Advertising
Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L. will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services. In any event, should it decide to process your contact details for direct commercial prospecting purposes, this will always be carried out in compliance with the legal requirements of the GDPR and the LSSICE.
Recommending the Manufacturas Cortinsa S.L. page to other Users so that they too may benefit from promotions or be kept informed of its activities shall not be considered advertising.
