On the exclusive terrace of the iconic Hotel W (Vela) de Barcelona, Cortinsa carried out the installation of wall-to-wall stick awnings, designed to integrate elegantly into an architecturally singular space overlooking the sea.
The awnings, with manual operation and made with 3500 technical fabric in linen colour, provide sun protection and a sober, functional aesthetic. In addition, a supplementary triangular canvas awning was incorporated, specifically adapted to cover an irregular area of the space, maximising shade without altering the visual harmony.
This project reflects Cortinsa’s ability to offer bespoke solutions in high-end locations, combining design, durability and functionality in demanding conditions.
