The Markilux 900 is made to measure with widths of up to 400 cm and a projection of up to 200 cm, with more than 200 fabric designs from the Collection One range. Should the space require it, we also install Markilux vertical awnings for lateral protection or bioclimatic pergolas for larger terrace areas. For projects in residential buildings, offices, or hospitality premises, our technical team can produce a solar protection technical specification proposal containing all the information required to include the system in the execution project.

The standard system uses two telescopic bars that are fixed between the floor and the ceiling of the balcony with just a few screws at each end. The impact on the structure is minimal. There is also the option of supports for direct ceiling fixing without columns.
Yes. The telescopic bar system does not require planning permission or community authorisation in the majority of cases. As it is demountable, the awning can be moved with the tenant in the event of a house move.
